How to make a reservation?
You can book a vehicle directly via our website. Simply enter your desired pickup and return dates to immediately see the availability of our vehicles. Our form is designed to be simple and intuitive!
Where can I pick up the vehicle?
We offer flexible delivery and pickup options. You can choose the location that suits you: airport, hotel, train station, or any other place. At the airport, an agent will wait for you at the terminal exit holding a sign with your name. This service is available 24/7, according to your reservation details.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
After validating your online reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing all necessary details, including your reservation number. Keep a digital or printed copy to present when the vehicle is handed over.
What is the standard rental duration?
The duration is defined in your contract. Any extension requires prior authorization. The maximum duration of a contract is 30 days. To extend it, you will need to sign a new contract at the office.
Late return: is there a grace period?
We grant a one-hour courtesy period. Beyond that, an additional day will be charged. Please inform us as soon as possible in case of delay.
What if the reserved vehicle is not available?
We do our utmost to honor your choice. If this is not possible, an equivalent vehicle will be offered to you at no extra charge.
What documents do I need to provide?
You must provide a valid driver’s license, a credit card in the main driver’s name, and an ID card or passport for local residents.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made on-site or online (coming soon). We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash (euros). A security deposit is required and returned after vehicle inspection.
What is the amount of the security deposit?
The amount depends on several criteria: vehicle category, duration, additional options. It is temporarily blocked on your card at the time of pickup.
Who can rent a vehicle?
The minimum age is 21 years old, and you must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year. Only the driver mentioned in the contract is allowed to drive.
Can an additional driver be added?
Yes, this can be done free of charge during the reservation. The additional driver must present the same documents. In case of an accident, any undeclared driver is personally liable.
Is an international driving permit required?
A license in French or English is accepted. Otherwise, it is preferable to have an international driving permit.
Mileage:
Mileage is unlimited – enjoy your trips fully without extra cost.
Fuel:
You return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.
Travel outside Morocco:
Travel outside Morocco is not allowed – our vehicles must not leave Moroccan borders.
Cancellation:
Request cancellation by email with your reservation details. A refund is possible within 48 hours following an online payment; otherwise, it is non-refundable.
What coverage is included?
Comprehensive insurance is included (excluding tires). A deductible applies if you are responsible for the damage. A written statement is mandatory in case of a claim.
What is not covered?
The radio, key, phone, personal belongings, excessive wear and tear, tires, and running gear are not covered.
Insurance options:
Partial insurance includes half insurance coverage and half deposit (available from 3 days). Full insurance provides total coverage with zero deposit (available from 7 days).
In case of damage:
Any damage will be assessed according to a price list and charged accordingly.
In case of accident or breakdown:
Contact us immediately. An accident report must be sent within 5 days. Assistance is included in your rental.
